These Terms govern your use of AlliumFlow's communication and lead-capture services. AlliumFlow connects you with participating service businesses — it does not perform field services itself.
Welcome to AlliumFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AlliumFlow website, service request forms, communication services, and related technology (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
AlliumFlow provides communication and lead-capture technology for participating service businesses. Our Services may include:
AlliumFlow does not perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, or other field services. Those services are provided solely by the participating business you contacted.
Submitting a request through AlliumFlow does not guarantee:
AlliumFlow forwards your information to the participating business, but that business is solely responsible for responding to your request. Do not rely on AlliumFlow for emergencies. If you have an emergency, call 911 or your local emergency services.
By using our Services, you agree to:
If you provide your mobile phone number, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your inquiry or requested service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the information below. Marketing or promotional messages are sent only if you separately provide express consent. Your use of messaging Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms.
If you leave a voicemail through an AlliumFlow-supported phone system, your message may be recorded and transcribed to facilitate communication with the participating business. Where required by law, notice is provided in the voicemail greeting.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AlliumFlow does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that messages, forms, voicemails, or notifications will always be delivered or delivered without delay.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AlliumFlow and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, including any failure or delay in delivering a message, form, voicemail, notification, or lead.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlliumFlow's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlliumFlow and its owner, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
The Services, including all software, technology, branding, logos, text, and content provided by AlliumFlow, are owned by AlliumFlow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
